French National Holiday (End of World War I)

14h-18h: Welcoming

Welcoming of the participants by the Arrival HQ and installation at the Regional Sports Center.

 

18h: Ice melting evening

With the Youth Express Network team.

 


THURSDAY NOVEMBER 12th


8h: Breakfast

 

9h30: Official Welcoming

 

10h-12h: Getting started

First intercultural workshops with the Youth Express Network team.

 

12h: Lunch

 

14h-18h: Working Groups

Meeting of the three working groups and discussion with the animators. Preparation of proposal for the vote on Friday.

  

19h30: Dinner

 

From 20h30:  free sports evening

Access to the sports installation of the Centre.

 


FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13th

 

8h: breakfast

 

9h-12h: Visiting the Electropolis Museum

Guided visit in three groups (French, German and English).

 

 

12h : Lunch

 

14h : Parlamentary session at the General Council of the Haut-Rhin

Guided visit of the General Council in Colmar.

Simulation of a parlamentary session in the Council's Chamber; meeting with elected persons and vote of the proposals prepared on Thursday.

 

17h : Glass of friendship

Time for a break...

  

19h : Dinner

 

20h : Fun evening: European Bowling Championship
Will you stick together or split the delegations to challenge the animators with your new friends, for this Bowling in Town ?

 


SATURDAY NOVEMBER 14th

 

8h: Breakfast

 

9h-14h: Free visit of Mulhouse

And maybe the good occasion for a little french shopping, or a visit at the world's biggest Automobil Museum, at the Europe's biggest Train Museum, or else?... 


14h-16h30: Reporting time

 

16h30-18h: Final Public Conclusion

Presenting your conclusions to members of the Municipal Council, of the European Parliament, the Press, etc...

 

18h-19h : Cocktail

 

19h-22h : Final Concert
